1. Brief and needs analysis
Everything starts with a clear brief. The clearer you state your needs, the more accurate the quote and process. At this stage, this information is valuable:
- Product and model: inflatable, or the bead silicone-fiber classic model?
- Quantity, purpose and audience (promotion, retail, amenity kit, etc.)
- Brand requests: logo file, corporate color, cover/packaging expectation
- Lead time: the need-by date and any seasonal plan
2. Quote, sample and approval
After the brief, we present a custom quantity-price balance and a production plan. In the approved direction a sample is prepared; this sample is the reference for mass production.
On the sample you see and approve the color, print sharpness, stitching and fill feel. If needed, a revision is made. The approved sample becomes the standard by which quality is measured in mass production.
3. Print and personalization
The brand visual is applied with a technique suited to the fabric and design. For multi-color, detailed logos, sublimation or DTF transfer print is preferred.
Printing is done with OEKO-TEX certified, health-safe and fade-proof techniques. Personalization is not limited to the pillow surface; the cover, label and set parts can also be branded.
4. Mass production and quality control
Mass production is done using the approved sample as reference. Quality control is applied during and after production: stitch strength, print durability, dimensional and fill consistency are kept across the run.
The goal is to deliver the same quality from the first product to the last. Consistency keeps your brand's reliability, especially on high-volume and repeat orders.
5. Packaging, shipping and delivery
Packaging both protects the product and strengthens presentation. As needed, single polybagging, a branded box/bag or bulk carton order is built; packaging suited to shelf and stand presentation is also possible.
Shipping is planned by quantity and your delivery point. Lead time is clarified up front and the production schedule is managed accordingly; so the product makes your need-by date.
Tips that ease the process
A few practical tips for fast, smooth production:
- Send the logo file in high resolution and vector format (e.g. PDF/AI)
- Specify colors by code (Pantone); confirm with a sample
- Give the lead-time date up front and plan seasonal peaks in advance
- Keep the same sample reference on reorders
